Q: Why did you choose FitQuest?
A: I found when I was working out I was not getting the benefits
of the workout.
Q: What was your first FitQuest appointment like?
A: Jessi put me at ease, she explained everything clearly and
expected my commitment to the program.
Q: What did you find difficult?
A: I looked forward to the workout. I missed a couple of weeks
due to family -- the most difficult part was getting restarted.
Q: What advice would you give to new FitQuest participants?
A: Continue after your 12 weeks!

All classes are multi-level, welcoming the most basic beginner as well as the exercise expert. Just choose the class type and a convenient time – and come ENJOY!
First Step Fitness:
A great class to take if you are interested in group exercise but just aren't quite sure which class is for you. Try them all!
20/20/20:
Twenty minutes each of cardio, strength, and stretching
DTT – Double Trouble Toning:
90 minute class to work ALL your muscles
