The Spears YMCA traditionally offers over 40 group exercise classes a week with a wide variety of all levels to suit individual needs. Please see the links to schedules and class descriptions below. These classes are free to all Spears Y members, with the exception of those noted. If you have any questions regarding any of the Group Exercise classes, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk.
Participants must be at least 14 years old to participate in any of the aerobic, yoga, or cycle classes. This class is free but requires pre-registration at the front desk. Please click here for more details.

Operation FITKIDS - Calling all kids who want to have fun while getting fit!
The Y also has Tae Kwon Do classes available for both children (ages 5 and up) and adult. Mike King, from Greensboro Black Belt Academy, is the instructor.
