TRIAD MEMBERSHIPS
Triad Memberships allow members access to all full-facility branches including the following Triad counties: Alamance (Burlington), Davidson (Thomasville, Lexington), Davie (Mocksville), Forsyth (Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Clemmons), Guilford (Greensboro, High Point), Randolph (Asheboro), Rockingham (Eden, Reidsville), Rowan (Salisbury), Stokes (King), Wilkes (Wilkesboro) and Yadkin (Yadkinville). Please note there is no discounting on Triad Memberships.
SILVER SNEAKERS
The Spears YMCA is excited to offer Silver Sneakers. Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is a national leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Members receive a Spears Y membership at no cost. The program includes use of basic amenities and access to the signature Silver Sneakers classes.
Silver Sneakers is typically offered to Medicare-eligible members of a sponsoring organization or health plan. In North Carolina, the three organizations that typically offer Silver Sneakers are Humana, AARP Medicare Complete provided through Secure Horizons, and Southeast Community Care. Not all those covered by these three providers will be guaranteed to be eligible for Silver Sneakers. If you do not know if you qualify, please feel free to stop by with your insurance card and we will check your eligibility.
